In Hamilton County, Ohio, the County Commission President Todd Portune has just been educated on the power of the internet.
You see, Portune didn’t like the fact that in 2006 the voters rejected a sales tax increase. So in 2007 he pushed for a new one, which was much higher than the original. But local residents and coalitions just weren’t going to have it. Read more
