		<description>That was some great reading! I think they are perhaps trying to quell a trend. I even see links for sale on Ebay now.
It is kind of odd coming from a company like Google that makes all their profits from selling links. They love selling bloggers Google Adsense so perhaps they feel you might make more from another company and not use those? I've known many start-ups that went broke quick using Google adwords, Overture &#38; MSN and that drives up the price of the whole internet economy. 
If you have an online store with a big corporate competitor they will squash you like a bug unless you have some SEO skills. 
One more thing. It's funny how we all want to please Google, but in reality I feel Yahoo &#38; MSN is a better search engine. Google is still guilty of 40% crap on the first page and it gets frustrating. Someday maybe the world will realize this and maybe next year there will be more discussions on how to optimize for Yahoo.</description>
