Forbes Ranks Thompson Most Conservative Candidate
3 October 2007According to the new ratings that Forbes Magazine created, Fred Thompson is rated as the most conservative candidate running for president.
With a rating of 40.6 out of a possible 50, Thompson leads the pack of GOP hopefuls as the most conservative, right ahead of John McCain.
Here are the results of the Forbes rating system:

- McCain 40.5
- Brownback 37.9
- Romney 36.7
- Giuliani 36.2
- Hunter 34.3
- Paul 31.2
- Tancredo 31.1
- Huckabee 26

I am happy to support Thompson, but to pretend that Giuliani is more conservative than Huckabee, Paul, Tancredo and Hunter demonstrates that Forbes has a fanciful definition of conservative.
I would not crow about such a goofy ranking very loudly.

Forbes view of what a conservative is most be very skewed. I find it insulting. The only conservayives running are Fred and Ron Paul.
Rudy and Mitt are anything but conservative. They both hate guns, love big government, and mitt even made it a crime not to have health care. They belong at the bottum of this list.
