Islam is Unconstitutional …
Posted by: Blue Collar Muse in America First, Geopolitics, Individual Responsibility, Muslim, TerrorismAmerica is, without doubt, the greatest country on the face of the earth to date. Don’t get me wrong, we have our problems. However, compared to the rest of the world, it’s worth risking death and other minor unpleasantries just to get here. That’s gotta tell you something.
One thing I’ve always admired about our great nation is its tolerance for and inclusion of people, ideologies and organizations diametrically opposed to everything we stand for.
For example, there has been an active Communist Party in the US for many years. Years during which Soviet Socialists and Chinese Communists were enemies of the US. Yet Communists had a platform and a voice here. It is, after all, the American Way. It was bought and paid for with the lives and blood of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines and guaranteed by our Constitution.
Recently, I was reflecting on this same tolerance as it concerns Islam. Imams and mosques right here in the US preach the same hatred and intolerance flowing from the Middle East. We allow them to do so and our Constitution protects them. That is how it should be - or so I have always been taught. That line of thought took me to a very unexpected question, “When is enough going to be enough?”
We have rights no other country on earth recognizes for its people. I say it that way because of the way our Constitution reads. That document does not grant rights to speech, religion, assembly and all the rest to our people. Instead it recognizes God has already given these rights to men and prohibits our government from trying to put asunder what God has joined together.
However, my rights do not give me license to violate your rights while pursuing mine. I might be angry with you but I cannot punch you in the nose. As it is joked, “Your rights end where my nose begins!” Neither can one yell “Fire” in a crowded theater (need I say - when there is no fire?).
So where do we draw the line with the practice of Islam? We have freedom of religion here and I wouldn’t have it otherwise. But what do we do when a group violates every tenet of our Constitution and yet claims the protection of that same document.
And - make no mistake - Islam is Unconstitutional. Let’s look at Islam and the Bill of Rights. The following is taken from Wikipedia’s article on them.
First Amendment – Freedom of religion, speech, press, and peaceable assembly as well as the right to petition the government.
Islam opposes anything that is not Islam, that might criticize Islam, report on it negatively or protest against it. If necessary, Muslims will kill, accost, attack, beat, burn and otherwise assault those who dare to speak out against Islam or its prophet. Check out FrontPage’s story Beating Freedom of Speech.
Second Amendment – Right to keep and bear arms.
This one may be inferred. Islam highly prefers there be no armed people except, of course, Muslims. They detest arms kept and borne by others so much they refuse to engage armed opponents unless absolutely necessary. The preferred method of dealing with armed enemies is to drug one of the faithful, stick him in an explosives laden car and have him drive it into a crowd of children getting candy from armed Americans. The explosives are detonated, sometimes by remote control, usually resulting in the reduction in the number of their armed enemies. That it also often results in the reduction of the number of children in the area is a sacrifice local parents must make for the sake of Islam.
Third Amendment – Protection from quartering of troops.
This amendment reads, “No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.”
If we take a bit of license with the definition of “house” we find Islamists hiding behind members of other people’s household, usually women and children. They routinely place innocent civilians in jeopardy by conducting military operations from civilian homes and positioning equipment in residential areas. Notable among these detestable practices was the placement of an anti-aircraft battery on the roof of a hospital in Lebanon. Of all places, The Huffington Post let Alan Dershowitz write about these sorts of things at The “Human Rights Watch”, Installment I.
Fourth Amendment – Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.
The amendment reads, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
“Islamic scholars identify a multitude of forms that Jihad can take:
There is the Jihad of Slavery. Those Muslims who engage in Jihad not only can seize property, extort ransoms and demand taxes, but also capture slaves. The only places in the world today where slavery is still practised are in some Muslim countries. In Sudan, the Islamic government uses slavery as an incentive to encourage Arab Northerners to attack the Christian Blacks in the South, and as a weapon of terror to destabilize non-Muslims. According to the Sharia Law, Muslims are allowed to enslave, own and sell human beings.
Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Amendments – Due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, private property; trial by jury and other rights of the accused, and; civil trial by jury.
The important parts are due process, trial by jury and other rights of the accused. Islam fails miserably at complying with any of these. There are Muslim courts of course and they do make rulings and decide cases. But imams can issue fatwas calling for a person to be killed because they imam doesn’t like what they’ve done. There is no trial, no due process, no rights for the subject of the fatwa, no nothing. Salman Rushdie was condemned by such a process and Theo van Gogh’s killer was carrying out a fatwa when he attacked and murdered van Gogh in the street.
Regarding self incrimination, just recall Iran’s treatment of the 15 captured Brit sailors. They were coerced into ‘confessing’ their crime and taking responsibility for their nonexistent actions and then required to thank their captors for being merciful to them.
Eighth Amendment – Prohibition of excessive bail, as well as cruel and unusual punishment.
I’ve not read much about arrests, incarcerations and trials in Muslim countries. Cruel and unusual punishments, however, abound! Steal something and they cut off your hand. More serious crimes result in public beheadings.
The most cruel and unusual of all is the Daniel Pearl procedure where you are beheaded with a combat knife by masked cowards for political purposes as opposed to real crimes. For real cruelty and unusual punishment, they substitute a 12 year old boy for the masked adult coward and let him murder the bound victim.
I could go on but you see the pattern.
The question must, therefore, be asked. If Islam has no intention of abiding by our Constitution and would replace it in a heartbeat with Sharia law if they could and are actively working towards that end here in the USA right now, how long do we allow that to continue?
I’m not suggesting solutions. I’m sounding a warning. Everything about Islam is antithetical to American values and our way of life. To deny that is unrealistic and ignorant. To ignore it will prove deadly.
And we are clearly moving down the road of both denial and disavowal. We have Muslims serving in the military and in Congress. They run businesses and develop communities. They have lobbyists and spokesmen. And they are, without question, opposed to our Constitution and all it stands for. They want Constitutional protections for themselves and deny them to others. Their goal is the destruction of the United States of America and all things non-Muslim. Their loyalty is not to the US. It is to Islam and Allah in overwhelming numbers. We had better wake up to that fact and decide what to do before we wake up to a 12 year old with a knife at our throat.
Thinking this would be a good test case for the ACLU. After all - they are the AMERICAN CLU, aren’t they?
