Which article or amendment deals with big regular season NFL games?
I suppose I should be relieved that the “NFL had faced mounting pressure from politicians in recent weeks to make the game available to more viewers.” Could this mean that all the work politicians were elected to do was complete? Could this mean that there were no more pressing concerns than Saturday night’s match up between the undefeated Patriots and the play-off spot locked up Giants? (Hot Air analyzed Sen. John Heinz-Kerry’s role in the really important issues back on December 7.)
WOW! This will be a happy New Year!
I suppose the border fence funding has been worked out and our Southern border will soon be secure thanks to the Hunter Fence.
I assume the politicians have listened to Duncan Hunter and decided to put an end to China cheating on trade.
Of course the left-leaning members of Congress are no longer practicing extortion with the funding for the troops. (They support the troops!)
Naturally there will be no more taxpayer funding of baby slaughterhouses. (Planned Parenthood will have to dip into its profits.)
Federal and state governments have surely trimmed their budgets to cover only the bare necessities (with which a bear can rest at ease.)
How do you know when your government is too bloated? There are many examples, but if the junior gigolo from Taxachussetts has the time to badger a private entity until it caves to the pressure, you can be sure that our government is even more bloated than the senior swimmer from the same state!

[…] Here’s another interesting post I read today by Conservative Common Man […]
I think it’s the same clause that covers investigating steroids in baseball.
In all honesty, I am just happy to see them wasting their time instead of our money. (Although I realize the two aren’t completely separate). It is clear the current leadership has priorities that are vastly incompatible with mine, so football and baseball are excellent diversions.
Good point, the diversions may prevent them doing more lasting damage.
I really love the last paragraph of the post. HAHAHA!
How true it is.

BA1944,
Many of our politicians seem to want to view the average citizen as their own Mary Jo Kopekne.
