		<description>I think it's the same clause that covers investigating steroids in baseball.  

In all honesty, I am just happy to see them wasting their time instead of our money.  (Although I realize the two aren't completely separate).  It is clear the current leadership has priorities that are vastly incompatible with mine, so football and baseball are excellent diversions.</description>
