A tale of two people who surely hope McCain wins Florida
I’ve read two news stories today that highlight individuals that would seem to be likely John McCain supporters. These two people are being persecuted by evil immigration enforcement agencies, seemingly hell-bent on enforcing immigration law… oh the humanity! So these two victims can only sit and wait to see who prevails in Florida and eventually who will prevail in November. If McCamnesty wins the Florida primary, these poor souls can be encouraged by the knowledge that he will have a good shot at his party’s nomination. They will rejoice knowing that amnesty awaits, either delivered by John McCain or by one of the candidates that admit to being Democrats.
Who are these would be McCainiacs?
The first is Flor Crisostomo, who is “picking up the torch” left by Elvira Arellano and seeking refuge in the same Chicago church that once provided sanctuary for the infamous scofflaw. Ms. Crisostomo can enjoy the status of heroine to the left while she waits to see which presidential candidate will come through with her amnesty.
The second victim is a fine, upstanding father of three who is a legal immigrant. Salvador Martinez has been arrested and now worries about his children. Why would the evil ICE arrest a man that had been in our country legally? Why would the vicious xenophobes want to see him deported? Perhaps it has something to do with his being convicted of oral copulation with a minor, who also happened to be his wife’s little sister.
So Florida, do your duty! Vote for John McCain. Illegal aliens everywhere are depending on you!
