The Democrats Have Won the 2008 Presidential Election

Now that I am coming to grips with the disturbing reality that the Democrats have won the presidential election, I have to shift into preservation mode. I would normally be inclined to campaign against the Democrat nominee and the dangerous proposals said nominee would be likely to float. A series of unfortunate events that would make Lemmony Snickett cringe has dictated that people like me must choose which Democrat option will be the least devastating for our nation, our future, and our liberty.

You might be thinking “hey dummy, the election is months away and no one has won it yet!” You would be correct, no candidate has won it yet, however a party has. The Democrat Party wins regardless of the results between John McCain and Barry Obama. Effectively, the race is now between a somewhat conservative (for a Democrat) that is officially a Republican (albeit in name only) Democrat and a Marxist, but not officially Communist Democrat. Some choice, isn’t it?

The choice is actually made somewhat easy by the terrifying potential of an Obamanation. The fact that some of us can’t even get real pleasure out of The Rapist’s Wife losing the nomination illustrates just how scary the threat of Obammunism is! CPUSA is certainly in Barry’s corner and believe his presidency would be an important step toward Socialism. Admittedly, the thought that The Clinton’s will probably never go a way also hampers the excitement of the defeat of “the feminist that ignores victims of rape.”

Given Obama’s “hope” of “changing” our country into a Socialist nation to rival Venezuala , his ideas of Marxist fairness, and his demonstrated inclination to associate with racists and radicals (as well as criminals),) I am forced to submit to casting a vote for McCain. I did not even mention Obama’s absolutely disgusting positions and activism on the issue of abortion. That is all types of abortions and at all stages, for those of you who are not keeping up with the ridiculous situation this presidential election has evolved to be. What he has done on behalf of the slaughter of innocents is so vile that this alone is reason enough to vote for the other Democrat. Think about what it actually means that he caused a version of a born alive protection act to die in his committee in the Illinois Senate. That action required conscious consideration that leaving a living, breathing baby on a table to die (in the event that an abortion failed) is somehow the right thing to do! This of course is the same man who indicated he would rather have his grandchild killed as opposed to his daughter being “punished with a baby.”

I never would have expected a set of circumstances under which I could stomach voting for John McCain. I so despise Senator McCain’s eagerness to appease the most liberal of his fellow senators. I am disgusted by his lack of concern for our domestic national security as displayed by his infatuation with allowing anyone and everyone to pour over our southern border and his desire to reward those who are here illegally. I believe his McCain-Feingold free speech muzzle served exactly its purpose in allowing a liberal media darling to attain the Republican nomination by stifling the political opinions of the average citizen.

In a sane world, John McCain’s VIP pass on the anthropogenic global warming express would have prevented him from even being seriously considered for the nomination of the Republican Party. Again, I can’t believe my vote will be cast for a man that would raise the price of gas even further and put more Americans out of work all for the sake of Al Gore’s religion.

McCain’s desire to have taxpayers fund the creation and destruction of human embryo’s would not be acceptable to a pro-life voter if the other Democrat’s abortion position wasn’t so extreme and horrifying!

All the negatives of John McCain, as viewed through a lens of common sense conservatism, and there are an almost endless number of them, pale in comparison to “Big Brother” Barry’s potential. I have no doubt that he “hopes” to bring “change.” The trouble is that his change is Socialism and the removal of individual liberty for the sake of some collective. The threat of Obammunism prods me into voting for the more conservative Democrat.

I call this a battle between Osama and McPain myself. This is the best blog I have read yet from you. I loathe McPain, but absolutely detest Osama Hussein.

Where have all the good politicians gone? Is it to late to just reset the board?

There are a few out there, such as Duncan Hunter, my choice for the presidency. Perhaps if a majority of voters paid attention and took an interest we could “reset the board.” It seems like most voters can’t be bothered with being informed.

yeah the republicans have done an awesome job the last eight years. economy going down the tubes, an unnecessary war, americas reputation at an all time low due to torture and other things, and a decrease in civil liberties at home.
