What the liberals fear more than anything else is a strict constructionist Supreme Court that would reverse the illegal judicial activism of the last 50 years. Roe v. Wade, the Miranda decision, and other verdicts of liberal activist courts might be overturned. Then the people of the USA would have their say on these issues, and I doubt that a lot of these liberal decisions would stand. I agree wholeheartedly with your post Sam.
