And with the nomination of Mel ‘open the borders!’ Martinez, I now also forfeit my right to vote in Republican primaries. Once his position is official, I’m becoming an Independent.

The tipping point has been reached. Republicans no longer speak for me.

Not just our right, but the rights of the future American voters. A human is always a human whether inside the womb or outside the womb. If that human happens to be American, it has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well. Unfortunately, far too many women put two of their rights (liberty and pursuit of happiness) above the rights of their unborn child.

Insuring true democracy, I leave this law to the Americans among us who are still planning to have kids to decide. I avoid voting on the issue, or even expressing my position.

But I vote wholeheartedly for anyone who would overturn roe v wade. What a horrible abrogation of our right to decide democratically!
