MommyZabs, of mommyzabs.com and notchinamade.net, is an amazingly talented designer.
You may have noticed a couple weeks back that my mom’s Sunflower Desert had a wonderful (custom theme) makeover thanks to MZ and now Haemet has received the same luxury treatment! MZ’s own websites always look creative and professional and she took the few ideas I had of what I wanted Haemet to look like and created the brilliance that you see now. (I’m obviously pleased with her work!)
If you are at all interested in revamping your own blog, contact MZ at her website or through Girly Blog Designz for a price quote.
As a side note, I’m just getting settled into dorm life and classes again. Hopefully more regular blogging will resume since summer madness is over. I’m always better at blogging when I have major papers and projects to procrastinate!
UPDATE: I’m experiencing some technical difficulties and my comments don’t appear to be working right now. FYI, it’s nothing MZ did, so you should still look into having her design your blog!
UPDATE 2: We still have no idea what’s going on with the comments. However, I did figure out that you can comment if you right-click within the comment box and start typing. I’ve also started a topic on the WP Support Forums, so hopefully the problem will be solved soon.
UPDATE 3: Problem solved. Huge thanks to moshu at the WordPress Support Forum!

Tieki,
You know I love you like the daughter of a friend I’ve never met, but I’ve got to be honest. Your new banner is beautiful. However, there’s not a SINGLE piece of toast in the whole banner! Please get MZ to fix this ASAP.
Thank you in advance.
Hey, there’s a problem with at least your site, and probably all conservablog sites. If you click in the comment box to reposition the cursor, it bumps you back to the main page instead of moving the cursor to the desired position. Try it out please before you report it. It might just be me :(.
Kevin must be a genius in order to comment here. You’re correct that it works by right clicking in the box and then typing a comment.
Bah humbug! If only I could figure out what’s wrong and get it fixed. I have nooo idea what’s going on or what to do.
Right clicking magic.
Yay!!! You fixed it
Very impressive Tieki Rae. It looks great!
