The great day of JAHWEH is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of JAHWEH: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. The Bible teaches that at the end of the world all the wicked will come under eternal punishment in a place called Hell, and this time may be very near. There is much Biblical evidence that points to the fall of 2011 as the end of the world.

If you were trying to do justify frivolous lawsuits, why wouldn’t you do one that is seemingly silly, but actually has a point?

I think the primary restriction on frivolous lawsuits should be a hefty deposit. I’ve known too many people who wind up in court from these money grabbers, win the lawsuit, but still have thousands of dollars in legal fees. Turns out to be not much of a victory. That’s what these ambulance chasers want, someone with money just to settle out of court. This way, they get something for nothing, and the innocent defendant saves money on legal costs. If the plaintiffs or their scumbag lawyers have to pay the defendant’s costs when the plaintiffs lose — you’ll see many less frivolous lawsuits being filed.
