Budgets Approved…With No New Taxes

The Nevada Assembly approved a $2.5 billion K-12 education budget yesterday which, as Gov. Gibbons promised, includes NO TAX HIKES. Legislators also approved the $803 million Capital Improvement Projects budget yesterday which, as Gov. Gibbons promised, includes NO TAX HIKES. And they said it couldn’t be done.
