If you want to see a classic example of unfettered liberal flapdoodle in print, catch this bleeding heart pabulum from one Lorie Schaefer, who inked a response to my “Gravy Train” column about all the kids in Nevada who are getting a free or reduced-priced lunch. It’s got everything you’ve come to expect from the Left, including misdirection, misinformation and outright distortions.
Here’s just one example from Ms. Schaefer’s diatribe: “Because of Wal-Mart’s employment practices, those low prices are purchased at the expense of workers who must supplement their income by signing up for free or reduced lunch for their children.”
That’s right. Because of Wal-Mart’s low prices, many parents have to sign up for free lunches. Un…be…lievable.
The fact that the author is an anti-business, Wal-Mart-hating, cut-and-run former teacher and union shill will come as absolutely no surprise to anyone. Also sounds like the perfect candidate for Democrats to put up against Rep. Dean Heller next year.

You should embrace Lorie Schaefer’s belief that “Federal Law prohibits discrimination “on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.” Under her cognitative reasoning, Governor Schwarzenegger can be elected US president!
Alas, federal law doesn’t trump the Constitution.
