I have a politically incorrect question to ask about race and the Barack Obama race.
It’s a certainty that a lot of white voters have been voting against B.O. only because he’s black. And that, of course, is racism. But on the other hand, an awful lot of black voters - in the neighborhood of 90 percent - are voting FOR him, apparently only because he’s black.
Um, isn’t that racism, too?
I mean, when it’s a black Democrat vs. a white Republican, you can at least pretend that the black vote is going to the black candidate simply because of philosophical differences between the liberal Democrat candidate and the conservative Republican one. But when it’s a black liberal Democrat vs. a white liberal Democrat…and 90 percent of the black vote goes to the black candidate…you just can’t explain it any other way than…racism.
And racism is bad, right? Where’s Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton when you need them?

Is it sexist for a man of any color to vote against Hillary just because she is a woman?
And conversely, is is sexist for any woman to vote for her just because she has ovaries?
It will be interesting in November, no matter which one gets the Democrat nod.. Racism or sexism what a choice!
Yes, voting for a person because he is black, without regard to his political stance or anyother considerations is racism. According to the politically correct however, this rule ONLY applies to whites.
Colin Powell would be the best candidate to be the first black president. However, it has been my lifetime observation that 90 % of the black population votes on the premise of what is a candidate going to ” GIVE ME ” instead of can they ” RUN THE COUNTRY.
Marion Berry was re-elected as mayor of Washington D.C. after serving a prison sentence and O.J. was set free, simply because they were black. Their crimes were never taken into consideration by their fellow blacks. So what does this say about the black race as a whole ?
NO. It isn’t the race thing driving B.O. mania among the black voters. Hilary is handicapped in important areas of likability and soulfulness. She rumored to be mean. She’s a flat drone speaker. She’s monotone and can’t stir passion, for the life of her. B.O. brings his audiences to feelingns of joy and feelings of, yes, ‘hope.’
I think you’re off the mark with this suggestion that this may be reverse racism on a grand scale. More so, given that you recognize that to Democrat voters, the two candidates are equally liberal on policy.
If you were a loyal Democrat who would you pick? The one you find highly “likable” or the one that is volatile, can be scary when she’s angry, and is very deficient in the soulfulness category?
No matter how hard she works at learning how to stir an audience and move people by appealing to their heart felt emotions, “electrifying” doesn’t apply to her speeches or the atmosphere in the hoards of crowds who receive them. The black party hacks who stood by her in the beginning can’t explain to their constituent voters, over the elation and euphoria BO stirs, why she’s the better candidate.
It comes down to likeability, passion, the conveyance of soulfulness.
Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity
did a poll out in the streets … not one person that said they were voting for B.O. knew one policy of his …
they could only say….. er… um…. they want change… yeah…
they want change…..
Funny, I hardly ever listen to Hannity anymore, but I did catch that segment.
It was unreal how 100 percent of the people said that they were going to vote for Obambi but they know absolutely nothing about him at all.
I guess that Slogans (”Change”) do work.
Nice blog you have here, this is the first time I’ve seen it. One of my readers had mentioned it to me so I stopped by to give it a read
I heard on the news today how excited all the people in Africa are over the fact Obama could become President …
one man said that if Obama becomes President, that means more money for Africa. Oh boy.
Neither race nor gender should be a decider in a Presidential election. Bill Clinton is making a covert attack but Obama promoted it when he gat Oprah to say, “Finally WE will have a voice.” Obama started the fray and now claims foul! I ask, who are the “we” Oprah was referring to if not African Americans?
Now, hang on for a shocker! I read many BLOGS each day to learn what is hot and what is just drivel I was totally taken aback when I read, “Obama is not only a closeted smoker but is a ‘reformed homosexual’ as well!”
I am not homophobic but can imagine the damage that would cause America on the world stage if bandied about. If anyone has any information about this supposed ‘reformation’ I’d like to learn more about it.
Anyone?
