ANNA NICOLE SMITH STILL IN THE NEWS

The saga continues with Vickie Lynn Marshall’s (a/k/a Anna Nicole Smith) estate. A recent article in the AP reported that a judge in Los Angeles ruled that Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead, was named sole heir of her mother’s estate. Dannielynn’s father, Larry Birkhead, and Anna Nicole companion Howard K. Stern will be co-trustees.

But the AP blotched something important.  The story reads: “Billionaire J. Howard Marshall left much of his fortune to Smith in his will, although his family has contested it.”  The truth is that the Playboy Playmate was not included in J. Howard Marshall’s will.  The AP is wrong in this statement and the liberal media needs to stop pandering to the Anna Nicole legal team’s manipulation of our legal system.
