The inmates are attempting to take over the asylum. Ron Paul backer Dr. Wayne Terhune of Reno (I think he’s a proctologist) sent out a silly press release yesterday announcing that HE was calling the Nevada Republican Convention back into session on June 28th at the Grand Sierra Hotel in Reno.
The Paultards behind this waste of time apparently believe they have a copy of some kind of delegate list in order to invite all qualified delegates, but that’s unlikely. The Nevada GOP has withheld the official credentialed delegate list because a lot of Nevada Republicans are, frankly, scared to death of the Paultards and the harassment they might have to endure if their names are made public.
In any event, let’s assume the Paultards are successful at reconvening a gathering on the 28th with a sufficient number of people to attain a quorum and then go about the business of electing delegates to the Republican National Convention. Where will that get them? Absolutely nowhere.
Since there will be no official Nevada GOP credential verification or ratification of the vote, whoever these goofballs “elect” on the 28th will never be sat and recognized by the Republican National Committee at the national convention. It just ain’t gonna happen. So this will be nothing but a colossal waste of time.
But if you have nothing but time on your hands and want to see a circus…hey, show up at the Grand Sierra on the 28th. And bring popcorn.

Would it be possible for the RNC to compel the Nevada Republican Party to submit the credentialed list to them in order to verify that a quorum had been met? And if this were to take place, and the RNC credentials committee were to verify a quorum, would that not in fact legitimize whoever was “elected” at this June 28th meeting? Again, just a question.
