In an angry - darned near “postal” - message to legislators on Tuesday, Theophane Souza of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS) sent the following email using his taxpayer-funded government email account:
“Why do you think the state workers should carry the burden alone? Not two weeks ago, our lying, cheating, texting man of a Governor PROMISED the state workers that he would not try to take away our raises. If he REFUSES to break his promise of no new taxes, he should also be held accountable for his promise to the State Workers!!! Please REJECT Gibbon’s proposal to rob the State Workers.”
Nice to see these hard-working government workers have so much time on their hands, huh?
