Chuck,
We met at the Nevada Republican Convention. I coordinated the media for that event. Great job on Political Insider! Any chance you could be the other half?
Also, I would like to extend you an invitation to speak to the Las Vegas Townhall Group in the near future. Our motto ” We won’t wait till 2008.”
I can be reached at 702.581.7926. Again, great job tonight!
All the best,

Dear Sir
This isn’t for publication. Would you please contact me?
Thank you.
Chuck I left the light on for you.I left Nov. 7th with the resignation of Sec.Def Rumsfield. Couple that with the President failure to pardon the two border patrol agents And his seeming indifference to our men and woman in harms way as far not allowing them to fight this war as they were trained to do. I owr=e the G.O.P.zip!

Would you happen to have a phone number for Andrea Roebker, (The company’s Director of Public Relations) and possibly her e-mail address. I feel the public has a right to know.

Mr. Muth:
I live in Sparks, and I was wondering if you or your other readers could comment on this?
I subscribe to the Reno Gazette-Journal, but I’ve also been reading the Las Vegas Review-Journal online for the past few months. I’ve noticed that there are a lot of stories in the Review-Journal that are pertinent to people in northern Nevada, but the Gazette-Journal doesn’t mention these stories.
The most recent case of this concerns an attempt by the university system to implement a form of “domestic partner” benefits for its employees. The Review-Journal had an article about this on June 19, then followed up with an editorial on June 20. The issue is supposed to be brought up at a future meeting.
This is an issue that affects all Nevadans, but I couldn’t find any reference to it in the Gazette-Journal. Maybe they did print something and I just overlooked it, but I don’t think so.
Do you have any idea why the Reno Gazette-Journal doesn’t report all the news that’s pertinent to us?
You have a great website. Keep up the good work.
Interesting comments of yours in the Appeal today on smoking bans. Unfortunately, you picked the wrong straw-man for it’s reason (smoking drives up my health insurance rates). Smoking bans in bars/restaurants are to protect MY health from second hand smoke. A ban in such places is a reasonable “time, manner, place” restriction on this stinky intrusion on my right to breathe clean air.
While I am certain we disagree on many items, I did enjoy your column today and look forward to reading future ones.
Best personal regards.
Chuck:
Love the site. Glad to see you’re still fighting the good fight, bud.
If you’re ever in LA, gimme a jingle. Sorry I didn’t see you at BlogWorldExpo last week.

Dear Chuck,
Have been reading your mail for years and remebered that you used to have something of instructions for people considering running for local office. I have finally hit that wall. Talking to our local elected officials is worse that talking to a wall. I have decided that I want to make a difference from the “inside”. What should I be looking at within myself to know if this would be the right step for me?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Do you offer an initial consultation to review your services and fees?
Has you checked out the Nevada Assembly Democratic Caucus website?
There is a video of B. Buckley and H. Reid talking about what they are planning to do to bail out people who buried themselves in mortgage debt. Leaving out the politics of the comments and plans just look at the video clip with the sound off. It looks surprisingly like the two farmers in American Gothic painted by Grant Wood in the 1930’s. Seriously, give Reid a pitch fork and you have it. Compare at the Caucus website.
Chuck,
I’ve read your postings with great interest (sometimes not so much) but have always read them. Anyway I read in your latest email posting that the CLC is coming to Las Vegas in September. I wanted to attend the conference in Reno badly but couldn’t really afford to make the trip (work issues). I am very much looking forward to attending the Las Vegas conference and while I know very little about the political machine or putting a conference together I’d like to help in whatever way I can. Keep up the good fight.

Chuck, you came out unscathed in the war on DCFS… but the battle continues.

Dear God, what has become of us??? If a parent can not decide for his (or her) own child, a swat team is called?
The Judge should be impeached, the Sheriff should be jailed, and swat team dismissed. What abuse of power.
Call out the Colorado Militia.
Hey, Chuck.
Thanks for linking my pieces!
Take care,

I enjoyed your letter to the editor about Charity. I have a copy of the story with the title “Sockdollager”. Usually your letters end up on my refrigerator so that when my kids (grown) come home to visit they can read them. Thank you for bringing up all of these issues that the politicians don’t want to talk about.

Hey, Chuck. Remember me? We met at Steve’s on W. 2nd St in Reno. NIce to see your blog, man.
I would like to ask you a question. Can I do so here, with out it being published?
Mr. Muth, I’ve been reading your commentarry in the paper recently and I enjoy how you get right to the point and don’t hold back anything. I live in an association and I have been fighting with the management and the Board of Directors for almost 2 years and recently went thru an arbitration and won, but they still seem to believe they can break the laws and the rules when they want to. I have a story if you’d be interested in hearing it and publishing it so I don’t get in trouble for presenting it in the wrong manner. It pertains to the Nevada State Real Estate Division investigations covering up for a corrupt Real Estate Management and Board of Directors of an association. Coudl you tell me what other cities in Nevada are your commentaries published in? You can e-mail or call me at 775-841-7448 if you’re interested. Thank You
