Meet NICPAC

Todd Zuccato
Executive Director/ Sparks Director

Todd was born and raised in California. Looking to do something positive for his country, Todd joined the Navy in 1997. During his time in the Navy, he lived in places like Florida, South Carolina, and New York. Todd returned to California in 1999 when he was transfered to San Diego. After leaving the Navy, Todd began once again looking for a way to serve his country. He became interested in politics and began promoting his conservative values.

In 2003 Todd and wife (wife to be at that time) visited the Reno/Sparks area to attended the Nugget Rib Cookoff. They immediately fell in love with the area and in October of 2003 they moved to Sparks. Todd quickly became intersted in Nevada politics. Being from California, he quickly recognized the attempted Californiacation of “the last free state” and wanted to do something to preserve the values that make Nevada a great state. Upon meeting Eric Odom, Todd knew NICPAC was the outlet he could use to promote conservative values. He is proud to be NICPAC’s Executive Director today.
