Joe Biden plagiarizes the Reid Doctrine™

In a seemingly desperate attempt to jumpstart his dead-in-the-water presidential bid, Senator and plagiarist Joe Biden has adopted the Reid Doctrine™ of pre-emptive surrender.
Speaking at a luncheon meeting of reporters, Biden said, “It’s time Democrats tell the truth about Iraq war: The ’surge’ is a loser,” said the Senate foreign relations chairman. A loosely federated Iraq is only US hope.”
Perhaps it is those 19% approval ratings Harry Reid has received that tempted Biden to “borrow” the Majority Leader’s mantra. Heh.

Gen. Petraeus had just closed the door, after being voted overwhelmingly to be the commander of forces in Iraq, when these same people who voted him in started denigrating him, his mission, and continuing to call for “cut and run.”
They don’t care about America, it’s allies, or it’s people, as long as they can continue to hold office, and pretend this is all their own private Idaho.
If they were anything other than political prostitutes, they would STFD and STFU until September, when Gen. Petraeus said he would be back with a full report.

Richard S. Lowry just pointed out to me over google chat that General Petraeus has been planning this for some time. Surging forces finally reached their full operational strength on 15 June, and on 16 June we went on the offensive. Take note that Senator Reid proclaimed the surge a failure before Arrowhead-Ripper’s first bullets flew.
So if Biden was proclaiming failure before Reid was proclaiming failure, that would make Biden an even smaller dick, wouldn’t it?

Henh…researching who wrote the plan for “cut and run.” How wonderfully stupid one must be to pursue that fools errand. Why doesn’t ol’lying Joe just dust off a copy of a ‘copperhead’ speech from the War of Northern Aggression, and call it his. It would have the same intent and language.

Sonnet is getting all snarky over Biden and the Dhimmicrat defeatist?
I can only think of a few things that would be a greater waste of time and bandwidth, than researching his plan for surrender, and one of them is responding to some Freshman student in women’s studies at UPENN.
I think my time would be better spent reading the embed reports on how AQ in Iraq is getting their sandy butts handed to them, by our brave troops.
