Coulter v Edwards on Hardball
June 27th, 2007 at 5:35 am . by nukeI used to watch Chris Matthews’ Hardball regularly. That was before the entire MSNBC network went over to the darkside of BDS. Now, I generally see a few clips a month, but seldom watch an entire program.
In all of that time, I’ve never seen Matthews try to ambush a guest before. He is manner is often brusque, combative, opinionated, rude, and interrupting, but as I said, I’ve never seen the 60-minutes style ambush interview before. He tried it yesterday with his on-air guest, Ann Coulter. Unknown to Ms. Coulter, Matthews had previously invited the Elizabeth Edwards to call in and confront Ann over so-called “hate” speech. Ms. Coulter more than held her own. As a matter of fact, it was a smackdown. h/t to Dr. Zoo (FR) for the video.

35 years ago a friend worked at a country club. The Feds would raid and Mexicans could be seen running across the golf course. The people they caught were sent back. Easy process. Illegals quit working there after a few raids

Thanks for the info, I certainly didn’t know the Silky Pony’s wife was out in SFO, promoting such activites.

I have bought all of Ann Coulter’s books. She is the female Mark Twain of our time. A genius. She can cut through the Democrat/socialst fog in a split second.
So, the Mainstream Media’s Chris Mathews set up the “kill.” Did he bother to ask Elizabeth Edwards how she enjoyed the San Francisco Gay-Lesbian-Transgender parade? I believe she was calling from their.
She is promoting universal healthcare and gay-transexual couples to get Social Security “widow” benefits.
Who pays? What will that do the Social Security for the elderly?

Considering how Elizabeth Edwards took Coulter’s comment out of context to intentionally make it appear to be something that it was not (I heard the IN CONTEXT comment on the Glenn Beck Show this morning) and how Matthews set up the ambush and encouraged it shows both of them to be totally disingenuous and hypocritical. I had a little respect for Matthews but now it’s down to zero and Edwards needs to keep her nose out of political matters if this is what we are to expect from her.

Bonz, I have read many things, over the years, and don’t view the Werwolf saga as myth.
The very best info in the U.S. is still archived. I can find sources which list the bin and box numbers, but no one has gone to the trouble to try and access them.
I sure don’t have the time or resources.

Exactly, Bonz. That’s how it should happen. The feds don’t have enough people to target every restaurant/construction site/day labor place in the country, but the locals know. The ACLU is going to try to stop them from targeting illegals, though.
