If you are ready for a serious sport bike, and not a standard or cruiser, which you currently have, I can recommend several others, that aren’t obsolete, and are still in production, but with enough older ones out there, where you can get a good price. The thing you have to be concerned with, buying a used sport bike, is that they have usually been “flogged” pretty hard.
Just to be certain, you are talking about the yzf-1000, and not the yzf-R1…right, got milk??
