gizmag.jpg Gizmag is reporting something out of the ordinary….the world’s first Ferrari stretch limousine.
I kid you not.

The fastest limo in the world according to owner Dan Cawley, the 23 feet long, 400bhp vehicle achieves 0-60mph in less than six seconds and has a top speed of 170mph.

Well, the chattering classes are dissecting W’s speech, and expressing their opinions.
I think W layed it out very well for the American people, that are willing to listen objectively. I think he also spoke clearly to the different groups/people from the U.S. to Iraq, the military, and the international community.
Will it change any opinions, or give W and the GOP congress critters any political cover? I don’t know. I’m sure the pollsters will let us know what their results are in the following days.

I don’t think words are going to change any minds. It is going to take dramatic results.
(which Michael Yon is predicting in today’s post)

RUSH: Mrs. Clinton had a conference call with reporters, and we had the story yesterday, she’s actually going to try to send a note out with the money going back saying, (paraphrasing) “Feel free to send it back in.” Turns out, this is illegal. Federal Election Commission rules make it illegal.

Elite Pakistani trops killed by suicide bomber

At least 15 soldiers have been killed in a suspected suicide bombing at an army base south of the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.

Most of the victims were officers from an elite counter-terrorism force, the Special Services Group, a military spokesman said.

Violence has soared in Pakistan since troops ousted radical Islamists from Islamabad’s Red Mosque in July.

Troops based at the barracks were part of the raid against the mosque.
