Mizzou’s lead didn’t last very long.
Sooners won, and just watched the dumbass QB for Cal lose the game by not throwing away a pass with seven seconds left, and getting tackled at the five…with no timeouts! Oregon State wins, and Cal never gets to know what it’s like to be #1.

    The Leader Sheep.
The dude over at urban grounds often posts about his weekend cycle rides, looking for the best BBQ in Central Texas. Last week he wrote a piece about a town he went to, and the local sheep herders used “fainting goats” in their flocks. It seems they have a genetic condition that makes them faint when they get upset, so they put one of those goats with each flock, so when the coyotes come, well, the goat faints, the sheep run away, and the coyotes have dinner laid out before them. Weird…no?
