According the Review Journal, Gibbons appointed Las Vegas City Councilman Lawrence Weekly to the county commissioner position earlier today.

I know that headline should have expired a couple months back, but Stan Vaughan has a second shot. Stan was the only Democrat NICPAC endorsed in the last election cycle.
