Jim Webb’s Response
As promised, I have some thoughts on his response. I think it’s hilarious that the left is falling all over themselves to praise the great job he did. It is not till the very end of the article that he actually touches on the truth.
Jim Webb talked in circles and didn’t really offer much. He said there is a growing gap between the haves and have nots. Okay, he really didn’t offer any solutions as to how to close that gap. I’ll let him off the hook on that one, because the President’s speech didn’t offer many details either.
That brings me to the real kicker. Webb suggested that he would not pull out of Iraq, but he would not continue the war either. Huh? I guess, once again the Dems have no plan for Iraq, just criticism. And by the way, he really isn’t the great public speaker the Dems would like to think he is.
