This is why politics suck so bad. You have to say you’re sorry to sorry arse political opponents who have no business running for office, but have the big victim / disability card to play, and they pull it off the bottom of the deck. Thomas Rankin is nothing but an attempt at spoiling the only US House of Representative seat that WY has. You do not have to be able to read between the lines of all his latest press to see what a lying freak he is.

I don’t understand how Representative Cubin tolerates all the garbage she does from the liberal left wing press.

“It was person to person, and it was not an attack on the disabled,” Cubin said in a telephone interview from Rock Springs. “In retrospect, I was wrong in what I said, and I apologize.”

However, Libertarian Thomas Rankin said Cubin hadn’t apologized to him personally and he still considered it an “open issue” until she did so.

“Barbara has been a loose cannon too long. She needs to be reined in,” he said.

Are people really this stupid? Rankin obviously thinks so. I personally refuse to be bullied or manipulated by some jerk who hides behind his disability. I know others are sick of it too and Barbara will win this election in November. She needs to be reined in? What kind of a freak talks that way?

Cubin, who is seeking a seventh two-year term against Democrat Gary Trauner and Rankin, also presented a different account of what she said compared to what Rankin recalled, and her account of the incident was different from the one her campaign initially issued.

Rankin, who has multiple sclerosis and uses an electric wheelchair, said that after the debate Sunday night Cubin “walked over to me and said, ‘If you weren’t sitting in that chair, I’d slap you across the face.”‘

Cubin said she went over to Rankin, challenged his debate assertions and remarked that “if you had said that to anyone else, they probably would have smacked you.”

Either way you slice it, the guy apparantly needs the crap slapped out of him. As reported by the Jackson Hole News, Rankin thinks he knows what people from WY want.

Rankin said he wanted Cubin to resign over the incident.

“The best response Barbara Cubin could give would be a resignation,” he said. “Nothing less than that would satisfy me.

“She is not the type of person Wyoming residents want representing them,” he said.

No, you arrogant jerk, you are not the type of person Wyoming wants representing them. You nor your buddy Gary Trauner. It would be nice if the people from the east and west coasts would stay the heck out of our state — freaking busy bodies.
