Son of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sibelius (sic) Designs Raunchy Prison-Themed Board Game

Nice. Of course AP doesn’t mention the Sebelius’ are Democrats. It really doesn’t matter though. Both parents are justsebalius.jpg proud of the boy:

John Sebelius, 23, has the backing of his mother and father, U.S. Magistrate Judge Gary Sebelius. Sebelius spokeswoman Nicole Corcoran said both parents “are very proud of their son John’s creativity and talent.”

What creativity and talent you might ask?

“Fight your way through 6 different exciting locations in hopes of being granted parole,” the site says. “Escape prison riots in The Yard, slip glass into a mob boss’ lasagna in the Cafeteria, steal painkillers from the nurse’s desk in the Infirmary, avoid being cornered by the Aryans in the Shower Room, fight off Latin Kings in Gang War, and try not to smoke your entire stash in The Hole.”

The game includes five tokens representing a bag of cocaine, a handgun and three characters: wheelchair-using ‘Wheelz,” muscle-flexing “Anferny” and business suit-clad “Sal ‘the Butcher.”‘

Corcoran said John Sebelius sought legal advice to be sure he followed proper requirements, and he even took out a loan on his own to pay for the production of his work.

What was KS thinking?

Barack O’Barf Obama Alert

MAJOR barf alert! Seriously, what do you do with someone who is this freaking stupid?!obama_11.jpg Walk in love? Not for me today, thanks.

If you are not signed up to receive daily updates from Life News, and you are interested in the politics that are played daily regarding abortion, I highly recommend it. Steve Ertelt works hard to keep us informed.

Take Obama trying to spin his votes favoring partial birth abortion for example:

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) — Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama gave a recent interview to Christianity Today magazine and said he wants to do more than previous Democratic candidates in pursuing evangelical voters. But when told his pro-abortion views are a turnoff to pro-life advocates, Obama was unapologetic in his defense of unlimited abortion. …

…”I do think that those who diminish the moral elements of the decision aren’t expressing the full reality of it,” he said. “But what I believe is that women do not make these decisions casually, and that they struggle with it fervently with their pastors, with their spouses, with their doctors.”

“Our goal should be to make abortion less common, that we should be discouraging unwanted pregnancies, that we should encourage adoption wherever possible,” Obama told the magazine. Full article

Sounds like a plan you jerk. I’m sure the babies who are being stabbed in the back of the head with scissors and then having their brains sucked out would prefer to be adopted by parents who love them.

Oh, and talk about keeping pastors busy! Over a million children murdered per year in the United States. And to think, these women are struggling fervently with their clergy coming to this decision. Wow, Obama almost spins it to make it look like the clergy are advising mothers to kill their children.  I give you DemonRATS at their best ladies and gentlemen.

My friend, Sam Pierce, has the best plan for these demonRAT fools:

Someone called into The Wilkow Majority today with a good suggestion, a plan to execute death row prisoners by piercing the base of the skull with scissors, spreading the opening, and vacuuming out the contents of the skull.

This would at least get some of the twisted anti-capitol punishment, pro-abortion people to acknowledge the brutality of this procedure!

Let’s not let DemonRats happen to us

Just a little taste of what could be in store if the Rats win the Presidency. Seems they’re dead set on murder. Funny, they want us to be afraid of guns.

Steven Ertelt over at Life News has the stories:

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) — It’s no secret that Hillary Clinton has promoted abortion at every turn as a senator and presidentialhillary.jpg candidate — forcing taxpayers to pay for abortions and voting against a partial-birth abortion ban repeatedly. Clinton confirmed she will take her pro-abortion views to the White House in a statement on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Continue reading

Don’t think Obama Insane is any different:

baraobam3.jpgWashington, DC (LifeNews.com) — Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama celebrated Roe v. Wade on Tuesday as hundreds of thousands of pro-life advocates came to the nation’s capital to condemn it. Obama said he’s worried the Supreme Court is just one vote away from overturning the infamous ruling that allowed virtually unlimited abortions.

“Thirty-five years after the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade, it’s never been more important to protect,” legalized abortions.

Obama said the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision last April in upholding the national ban on partial-birth abortions could be a harbinger of things to come.

“With one more vacancy on the Supreme Court, we could be looking at a majority hostile to a women’s fundamental right to choose for the first time since Roe v. Wade,” Obama said. Continue reading …

The pro life movement has so much invested in this Presidential election. It would be a travesty for the murdering DemonRats to get any opportunity to appoint federal and Supreme Court judges.

Show me baseball in the Constitution

mitchellgeorge.jpg

Seriously, I do not claim to be an expert on the document. However, it is a fairly short and simple document, compared to what many are led to believe. Regardless, here we have Congress beginning another delve into baseball. Am I crazy when I think this group of blow hards (Congressmen, not baseball players) should actually be doing other things?

I’m simply disgusted by their lack of understanding of what they are elected for.

The Best Way to Clean Your Monitor

For months I’ve struggled with the question of how best to clean my computer monitor. Seriously, what does one use when you can’t use glass cleaner or water? I have to admit, I do use glass cleaner on the desktop monitor, but I think this will work much better for my laptop.

What do you think?

Feds Consider Listing Rabbit

Ever wonder why the US isn’t producing enough energy to meet the demand or keep up with Saudis? If I had to hazard a guess, I’d guess that the status of pygmy rabbits in Saudi Arabia doesn’t slow down their drilling for oil. Does Saudi Arabia even have environmental wackos?

Well, the US certainly has our share of these wackos (not counting Ron Paul supporters). According to the CST:

Wyoming’s agriculture and energy industries have more to worry about than the sage grouse in southwest Wyoming.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced Tuesday that it is considering the pygmy rabbit for federal protection under the Endangered Species Act.

The species — the smallest rabbit in North America — is found in Wyoming, Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Washington. It is one of only two species that digs its own burrows. During the winter, 99 percent of its diet is sagebrush.

Granted, the bunny is cute as can be, and might even taste good. However, I’m thinkingrabbit.jpg the environmental wackos care less about the bunny and more about stopping energy development:

Endangered Species Act protection for either species could lead to restrictions on livestock grazing and energy development in the animals’ habitat.

Your thoughts?

The NY Times mentions …

Well, I can only be so famous in one day, but they do mention Fremont County GOP politics! Hat Tip again to that little Tieki Rae for giving me the heads up:

In Riverton, the Fremont County party was also scheduled to start at 8 a.m., but it did not make the target of a 9:30 a.m. vote announced by Perry Marple, the county chairman. The session was at times persnickety and at times amiable, with “Happy Birthday” sung to a Sunday school teacher who offered the opening prayer.

Delegates also spent more than an hour arguing over which alternates should replace which absent delegates. Finally, at 3 p.m., Dennis Tippets was elected a Romney delegate by one vote.

Awww… wasn’t Mr. Clymer persnickety? Obviously, President Bush and Dick Cheney don’t think of him as persnickety, clymer.jpg but as a major league ###hole. :) Did I mention in my previous post that Adam Clymer from the NY Times was there, er, I mean here in Fremont County? I have to admit, at times our Convention was a bit circus like, though Mr. Clymer fails to credit the Ron Paul moonbats for any of it.

I met Mr. Clymer, and had to chuckle at the thought of the 2000 Labor Day Weekend open mike incidence. :)

Michelle Malkin Mentions Me! (Along with WY Convention update)

michellemalkinphoto.jpgI know I’m a little vain, but what the heck, there’s no law against it. :) Thanks to Tieki Rae for pointing it out, or I might never know how famous I actually am. :) Scroll down to see what wytammic had to say. Granted, Michelle only mentions me because I commented, but oh well! Michelle has been blogging on the Wyoming GOP County Conventions, along with Eric at Conservablogs.

As much as I would have loved to see Duncan Hunter win this state, Romney is far better than Ron Paul. Talk about an annoying group of people! They invaded our county convention, extending it 4 hours longer than necessary, and then left early, when the Republicans still had numerous party platforms and resolutions to sift through. It just made me loath that entire moonbat movement all the more.

So, if you happen to be a Ron Paul moonbat reading this, just know that if you comment, it might get deleted. I was forced to listen to enough Ron Paul crap yesterday to last a lifetime.

Oh, as a parting thought because the Giants are playing and I’m trying to watch, check this out.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend. Especially Eric after being attacked by two crabby women in WY. ;)

Wyoming County Conventions to take place Saturday!

wyomingjpg.jpeg

Not that you’d even find it in the local WY papers, but Saturday is scheduled to be a day of making history for Wyoming. Never have we had a voice in Presidential primary politics until now.

So, it’s going to be a busy weekend, but I’ll get results posted as soon as possible. I doubt that there will be a wireless signal where our particular county convention is being held, but if there is … you will be made aware of the results quickly. :) (Woo! Lucky readers of Sunflower Desert! :) )

Also, if you hear of results in other counties, please don’t hesitate to put that information in a comment on this post.

Have a fantastic weekend!

Happy New Year

We’re back! Thank you to everyone who prayed for our safe travels. We didn’t quite hit the 3000 mile mark on the trip set, but it was somewhere between 2900 and 3000.

We had such a good time visiting with friends and partying in good ol’ Branson, MO. Has anyone been to Branson? It really is just good family fun and entertainment. We went to the Dixie Stampede — too much fun to describe, and Silver Dollar City. The lights at Silver Dollar City were awesome. It was cold, but we had a blast!

Happy New Year to all the wonderful blogging friends I’ve made over the last year. I’m looking forward to the fun we’ll be having in 2008!
