We’re back! Thank you to everyone who prayed for our safe travels. We didn’t quite hit the 3000 mile mark on the trip set, but it was somewhere between 2900 and 3000.
We had such a good time visiting with friends and partying in good ol’ Branson, MO. Has anyone been to Branson? It really is just good family fun and entertainment. We went to the Dixie Stampede — too much fun to describe, and Silver Dollar City. The lights at Silver Dollar City were awesome. It was cold, but we had a blast!
Happy New Year to all the wonderful blogging friends I’ve made over the last year. I’m looking forward to the fun we’ll be having in 2008!

Happy New Year, Tammi, Tieki, and Ted!
I looked through my comment archives. I first “met” you in February of 2007, when Hank gathered us together. My best to all of you for 2008.
Welcome back and Happy New Year. I was in Branson and Silver Dollar City about 30 years ago. when I was 7 or 8.
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Glad you had fun in Branson. I have family that live 15-20 minutes from there so we go there sometimes when we are visiting

Hi Everyone!
What a joy it has been getting to know you over 2007. Richard is right, 2008 should be an eventful year.
Bridget, I miss Hank but am very grateful to have met you and many others through him. Wouldn’t it be great if he decided to start blogging again in 2008?!
MZ, Branson was a blast! We went to the Dixie Stampede and Tieki and Ted participated in the show.
Too bad cameras weren’t allowed in there.
Speaking of cameras … at the Dixie Stampede they take your picture when you first enter. Oh my, our picture is hilarious thanks to me. A complete and total coincidence, but never the less, hilarious. We were forced to buy the picture just so we wouldn’t wind up the mockery of the Dixie Stampede gift shop. I’ve thought of posting it at Sunflower Desert, but it’s kind of inappropriate — not intentionally, it just worked out that way. If our friends that went with us have their way … it’ll probably end up all over the web anyway.
Jeffrey — thanks and Happy New Year to you too. I see you’ve posted quite a bit and I need to get over there and catch up on reading.
Best of 2008 to all my friends!
I apologize for responding slowly (it is now the 13th of Jan.) but a very happy new year to you as well! Thanks for all your comments!
Cheers,

No apology necessary and thank you very much. Heck, it’s still January. Therefore New Year Wishes are still very much in order.
