Not that you’d even find it in the local WY papers, but Saturday is scheduled to be a day of making history for Wyoming. Never have we had a voice in Presidential primary politics until now.
So, it’s going to be a busy weekend, but I’ll get results posted as soon as possible. I doubt that there will be a wireless signal where our particular county convention is being held, but if there is … you will be made aware of the results quickly.
(Woo! Lucky readers of Sunflower Desert!
)
Also, if you hear of results in other counties, please don’t hesitate to put that information in a comment on this post.
Have a fantastic weekend!

Hey, that commentluv thing is pretty cool!
Hi Michael,
I know in Fremont County we are starting at 8:00 am. Don’t look for much live blogging.
We will try to post results as soon as possible.
Hey Kevin,
I don’t have a vote — too bad for Hillary.
Glad you like the comment luv thingy. It is pretty neato.
Tammi,
I put up a post on the main site at http://www.conservablogs.com and I’ll update it as information comes in. I’ll try and link to your blog as you update as well.

Eric Odom’s last blog post..Chicago: Corrupt cops, extreme taxation, and a heavy dose of Socialism
Thanks Eric,
Lol! It was funny (now that I’m finally home and out of that folding metal chair) but the state was already called for Romney and our county had barely started the voting process.
It didn’t help that the Ron Paul moonbats caused our convention to run about 4 hours longer than it needed to. Then, of course when Paul lost, they left and the county republicans still had numerous party platforms and resolutions to get through. If I knew where any of the those freaks lived, I’d toilet paper their house tonight.
Did you get any pics???
Eric Odom’s last blog post..Chicago: Corrupt cops, extreme taxation, and a heavy dose of Socialism
Well Eric … I took my camera, but didn’t take any pictures. I have friends that were taking pictures and they should be emailing me to put them on the website. Ugh! Talk about a pain — putting pictures on that website.
I know I should have taken pictures, but just got busy doing other things.
I saw that Romney won 8 or the 12, Thompson 3, and Hunter 1. While I like Fred, I want to know which county was smart enough to go for Hunter?
Your situation was interesting to me because we have sort of the same problem where I live (on the Eastern Shore of Maryland), but we’re GOP strongholds in the flyover country between NY and Florida. At least you live in a red state though, we just get ignored here except at tax-raising time.

I’m glad I don’t live in Fremont!!!!
The leadership in Park County was smart and went with 10. I still had to leave early though, as there was A LOT of debate on some of the resolutions and platforms on what this word connotes and the like. All in all, it was good (and Rep. Duncan Hunter was at our convention, thanks to the great thinking by Rep. Colin Simpson)!!! Yes, I said “great thinking” and “Colin Simpson” in the same sentence.

Hi Michael,
I feel as though I’ve seen the breakdown by county, but cannot remember where it was. Let me know if you find it. Thanks for stopping in!
Well, I guess Scott answers the question of which county Congressman Hunter won! Click on Scott’s name above to see the Park county vote. Must be nice living in the smartest county in the state Scott!
Hi Angel!
Lol! Activist. Yes, a very tired one from a looooong day thanks to the Ron Paul moonbats.
Mrs. C, we’re only half-smart.
Hunter was the preference, but our delegate was for Romney. Still seeking the delegate listing broken down by county.
Scott’s last blog post..Numbers, Numbers, Numbers!!!
Oh, well half smart is still pretty good when it comes to politics.
Our delegate was for Romney too, though our Hunter delegate did quite well.
