Wow, TX was really thinking ahead, huh? I’m not up on my Wyoming history, but I don’t recall any such deal for us. So, if Obama wins and TX secedes, they might have to seal their northern border too! Well, maybe not, I’m sure it would just be good solid conservatives trying to get through.
What would it take to get California to secede?
