We're all going to be sick from gorging soon, so let me take this time to wish you a very happy 4th, and express my sadness that even if Bridgette were here, she would not be able to enjoy our marinated cow parts, seared and blasted with prodigious amounts of hickory smoke. There's probably a salad or something though.
