This is just the most recent case of the spineless royal congress..our public servants…not doing their job!
We sent you (and PAY YOU) to congress to vote…we did not send you to congress to do any of the following:

1. Miss votes
2. Vote present
3. Voice vote
4. Avoid voting on any bill or measure

Therefore the spoiled vote-buying cowards wishing only for 40 years in the D. C. Bubble should be harshly questioned before being voted out ASAP. There are no reasons…only gutless posturing excuses. Most have been awful public servants.
This and the serial vote-buying pork megabillions hidden in huge spending bills (of mostly borrowed money on your VISA) are only two major aspects of their decline in many voter eyes.

My kingdom (and yours) for 12 year term limits to fumigate these political termites that eat ethics and your taxes like candy.
