LIMIT 10…here are some starters I like (we all know there could be 50 if the cultural, foreign policy, etc are included)

AS YOUR CANDIDATE FOR PUBLIC SERVANT I HEREBY PLEDGE:
1…I will overtly support and promote an income tax cut of 10% for all taxpayers effective 2012.
2…I will overtly support and promote construction of 10 new nuclear power plants and unrestricted Alaskan drilling ASAP.
3…I will overtly support and promote Health Care reforms that lower costs without using or raising any tax monies ASAP.
4…I will overtly support and promote the complete sealing of our borders by 2012.
5…I will overtly support and promote national Voter ID for federal elections by the 2012 elections.
6…I will overtly support and promote the elimination of all capital gains and inheritance taxes effective 2012.
7…I will overtly support and promote the profiling of all moslem males in airport screenings effective ASAP in 2011.
8…I will overtly support and promote legislation that returns all illegal aliens to their country by the end of 2012.
9…I will serve a maximum of 12 years or until age 80, whichever occurs 1st.
10.I will not seek re-election if any of the above contract planks are breached in any way.
