Inspired by “Miracles of Islam” I set out on my own personal quest to locate miracles of Allah. Visions of his name appearing in nature, as in the example posted by Fang. I did not have to search long, all of the following extraordinary miracles were documented on a single solitary page. Imagine my delight!

On another level, their perspective differs. Flags, buildings, animals, art etc. Muslims have the innate ability, to find offense in common everyday objects. It is uncanny.
The List of Things That Offend Muslims @ The Amboy Times
The intent of the list is to illustrate the futility of the multicultural approach to Islam. Sharia law demands submission not only from Muslims, but from non-Muslims as well. This makes respectful coexistence nearly impossible with Muslims in Infidel lands. The examples below serve as reminder that submitting to one complaint or another only emboldens Muslims to seek to further their ultimate goal of establishing sharia.

God has given us human beings the same ethical
messages in his books of guidance : THE BIBLE and THE KORAN: peace,love,brotherhood,justice,
sharing with others what God has given to one,
respect for truth, for others, for one’s self,
for knowledge and beauty, and praying to God for mercy and benevolence, belief in life after death, self control, humility and other good traits. A person who does not believe in these can neither be a Moslem or a Christian or a Jew
or a believer in God.
Because of ignorance, mankind has fought wars
against followers of other religions and even against followers of God within the same religion. Let’s read the books of God to understand that irrespective of our religions, we are one- we are believers of God.
There are no differences among the books of God. They are the different volumes of the Divine encyclopedia. The differences are in the minds.
In the minds of ignorance, misguided by ignorance. If you read the The Bible and The Koran yourself, with open mind and heart, you will see this.

You can also look at thousands of pictures of clouds that look like ‘Allah’ if you’re so inclined. If these are the miracles I’d hate to see the ‘run of the mill’ examples.

Sorry but you are either misled or misleading. If all religions lead to the same God, as you seem to be implying, then I can only say that he has a schizophrenic disorder of serious proportions. I have studied many texts, amongst them both the bible and the koran, and the difference between the two books is immediately apparent to even the most casual reader.
Respect for truth? Explain taqqiya. Respect for beauty and knowledge? Every country the muslims invaded they have slaughtered, and destroyed all culture that isn’t islamic in nature. As for knowledge, why are muslims countries some of the worst led and backward nations on the planet?
The koran doesn’t speak of love (that word doesn’t appear) nor brotherhood except amongst other muslims. All non-muslims are to be slaughtered or enslaved.
Or did you read a different book to me?

I am neither mislead nor misleading my friend. I have thoroughly studied both The Koran and The Bible, and can refer to top professors of religion and imams and priests in support of what I have said.
God is ONE. Whether one is Christian or Moslem or Jew or Zerdusht or Mormon or
Buddhist ( by NIRVANA they mean God) this does not change the truth as God is one.

If one really studies the books that came from God, the ethical messages sent by God in different times, via different prophets are the same. If you have not understood this yet, I hope you will understand as you study more religion. The small differences in details, due to books having come in different times and into different cultures do not mean that their core and essential principles are not the same.

You are completely misinformed about what the Moslems did when they conquered lands: In Spain, they have established a university. Their advanced stance in medicine, chemistry, mathematics, astronomy were overwhelming in the 11th and 12th centuries…
Ottomans truly respected the religion and culture and language of each and every
nation when they conquered new lands for economic reasons.(15th. 16th.17th centuries) No pressure was exercised whatsoever on the Christians or Jews to change their religion into Islam.
During the friday prayers of The Ottoman Army in Istanbul, always an imam and a priest and a rabbi were present. You can not find a single Christian or Jewish person during the Ottoman times, who complained about the justice and equality practised by the Ottomans towards non-Moslems. After Spain expelled the Jews, Ottomans opened their arms for them and gave them a chance to live in Ottoman Empire as equals to the Muslims.
Turkey is a Moslem country- if you look at the US list of achievements alone
(and also in Europe of course) you will see hundreds of Moslem Turks who have won
extremely high awards in sciences and the arts. There are over 40.000 Turkish doctors, medical researchers, dentists in the USA. Engineers, professors, scientists are just as many! I am sure other Moslem countries, too, have produced equally important scientists and artists of which you don’t seem to be aware of.
You must study more before you talk!

If you look at history, of which you seem to be ignorant of, in 11 and 12th centuries when the world was swimming in ignorance, and Kepler was burnt by the misled Christians and Galileo was about to be burned in Roma, Moslims had universities and were practising very advanced sciences and arts!!!

I don’t eat hamburgers. Being a Turk, I enjoy one of the three most developped cuisines of the world, which are French, Turkish and Chinese.
Perhaps a quarter pound hamburger made of dog meat would satisfy your hunger, as I hear that Chinese eat dog meat!!!

As for satisfying my hunger for knowledge and truth, I have studied at 10 of the best universities of the world and have worked also partly as a teacher and a journalist which add to one’s knowledge continuously. My articles have appeared internationally in Turkey, USA, UK, Sweden, Spain, India etc.
You see, your quarter pound hamburger can not satisfy my knowledge, it can satisfy only your limited imagination.

I see no proof of a “Respect for truth and justice and for beauty” in islam today. You are speaking to the wrong crowd, instead of being on the defensive, you should educate muslims to what you declare to be the true islam. The trick of Islam is the definition of innocent, human and honor. IMO, Islam defines human as slaves to Allah, innocent as those that are slaves to the local Imam, honor is only for Arab Muslim men. The rest of us are here to service the Arab male who puts his butt in the air 5 times a day and expects others to perform manual labor while he sits around and drinks tea.
