I wrote about the Mo-dog cartoon before.

Over the last three weeks, Turkish hackers have been attacking Swedish websites (more than 5000) and in some they have leaved messages blaming the Mo-dog cartoon:

Turkish hackers have attacked more than 5,000 Swedish Web sites in the past week, and at least some of the sabotage appears linked to a Swedish newspaper’s publication of a disparaging caricature of Islam’s prophet.

I had only learned of Michelle Malkin’s Mohammed Cartoon Blogburst last week. I suppose this is as good as a time as any to post it, as it will compliment Lady V’s story nicely.

A municipal cultural center here on France’s border with Switzerland organized a reading of a 265-year-old play by Voltaire, whose writings helped lay the foundations of modern Europe’s commitment to secularism. The play, “Fanaticism, or Mahomet the Prophet,” uses the founder of Islam to lampoon all forms of religious frenzy and intolerance…
