How many of you know the follow-up to that phrase?
Well, I’ll tell you what: I care! If you can find a pay phone that will still give you a call on 25¢, let me know, ’cause I sure haven’t seen one in a long while.
Anyway, this post is not about Late 1980’s/early 1990’s country music or how much a pay phone call costs. While some banks in the state have already received and distributed the new quarter, today is the day that the Wyoming quarter is officially released and ceremonially dedicated in Cheyenne.
If you haven’t already come across it, the Casper Star-Tribune has done a series of articles and website presentations on Wyoming history, including background of the features on our quarter.
