The guy who ran a completely positive campaign in '06 - who actually went around the state knocking on doors, something Cubin has never done. In fact she doesn't represent much of Wyoming... co-sponsoring a bill to sell off Wyoming public lands, missing 45% of the votes this session (more than any living house rep).
