Harry Reid Explains Cold Weather
Oct 31st 2007ScottPolitics & Wyoming & blogging & elections
I know, Harry Reid is not a Wyoming Senator (and believe me, I have given thanks to God on many occasions that he’s not), but I heard this on Rush today and about died laughing:
Last night, temperatures fell on many parts of the East Coast and, frankly, even in the West Coast. It’s been getting cold all over America. Then this meant this morning and in the DC area for the first time this year, people had to reach into their closets for scarves, heavier suits — even coats — for the first time this season.
That was said Monday evening by none other than the Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate, Harry Reid (D-NV). Sen. Reid, some of us did all that over a month ago! It’s amazing what October does to the weather patterns over America, isn’t it? I mean, come on, it’s not like the cold weather just sneaked in from the oceans and told the costs, “Hey, guess what!!! I’m making you bundle up today and I didn’t give you any warning at all!”
Here’s what Wyoming’s delegation had to say about the first cold snap that hit northwest Wyoming middle of last month:
Sen. Enzi:
Sen. Barrasso:
Rep Cubin:
Hmmm, they must have been busy doing other things, like trying to stay in the good graces of the President…

“Wormy Harry” Reid is a disgrace to his postion and the state of Nevada, which he claims to represent. Nothing he says should be given or allowed consideration beyond what might be given or allowed a village idiot.
Thank you for your time.
