- A new section was added to Article 2 (Procedure and Definitions) regarding Participation:
Any candidate for Federal, State, or Local office who is registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State as an official Republican candidate shall not be denied participation in a forum, debate, or other event held by the Park County Republican Party.
- Other changes were made correcting typographical error, defining the executive committee membership, and when materials had to be delivered to committee members prior to caucus.
