Shortly after 10 AM: Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal is about to address the state legislature. You can get the action on Wyoming PBS or Wyoming Public Radio.
11:04: After a lengthy discourse, the Governor has finished his speech. Now on to the State of the Judiciary from Chief Justice Barton Voight.
11:40: Wyoming PBS will be rebroadcasting the joint-legislative session tonight at 7 PM.
