See if you get the same snarky, defensive gal I got. She wouldn't just take my information and say, "Thank you, I'll tell him.", she kept needling me, challenging me and at one point, she said (as though she had me by the collar) "I'm asking you!". Whoah! Maybe they spray that stuff in the office every morning! I'm not feeling very warm and fuzzy about JMc. Glad I found your blog; I'll return again. jb P.S.
