Piper and Trig are too cute in this shot! I was reading the pre-speech transcript at the time, to see how well Gov. Sarah-cuda handled the teleprompter malfunction, so I missed it on my first watch. A coworker the next morning told me about Piper matting down Trig’s hair and so I had to watch it again (very torturous, watching such an enegizing speech), but before I got the tape cued to the speech, I saw Tieki Rae posted it on Facebook, so I got a preview, and knew when to start paying close attention to what I recorded off of Wyoming PBS. Piper was really into the convention that night and I think she did a fantastic job of securing the family vote.
