Natrona County GOP Chairman Bill Cubin has addressed the concerns of many Republicans across the state concerning Mark Gordon. While he did not encourage not supporting Mr. Gordon, he did support the groundswell of concern over information about his past donations. Continue Reading »

Potential Legislative Battle for Gov in 2010?

Last September, Sen. Hank Coe announced that he was giving serious thought to running for Governor in 2010. Given that the seat will be open (provided there is no successful legal challenge to the term limits law), it’s only natural for Republicans to start piling on. Another speculator has announced the possibility…

Pro-Life and Supporting Cynthia Lummis

Some folks can’t believe that I, a strong pro-lifer, am giving my support to Cynthia Lummis. Well believe it. I was made aware of her stance on the abortion issue in the first part of March. It was explained to me, I contemplated, thought about, and considered it, compared it to what I believe, and at some time down the road said I can give my support knowing this much. It’s not exactly where I am, but there is some compatibility in our beliefs. Continue Reading »

Enzi: “We’ve been proud to serve you.”

In case you haven’t heard or seen the news, Sen. Enzi made his decision public yesterday. For the past several months, Republican officials have been pondering what Wyoming’ senior senator was going to do this year. The media has been prying to end to get some kind of idea what to write about. Granted, Sen. Inquiring minds want to know, especially inquiring Republican minds! Reporters have been camping outside of Sen. Enzi’s D.C. office trying to get some inkling of information about his electoral intentions, but so far he has given them no clues, other than he will announce his decision (whatever it is) in Wyoming. 7500 Reasons to be Concerned About Mark Gordon

My name is Scott Bothwell; I’m not running for anything, but I approved this blog post.
I have made some comments about Mark Gordon in recent posts. People may be wondering why I have commented the way I have done so. There haven’t been many comments, but they have ranged from wondering why Rep. Cubin didn’t endorse Mark Gordon to speculation on the possibility of Gary Trauner endorsing Mark Gordon.
